Research Participation Opportunity

Kate2-Canteen
Rare Cancer Australia and Canteen have commissioned HTAnalysts to determine the broader impacts of cancer on families, communities, and society. This research focuses specifically on late-stage or aggressive cancer diagnoses that may be terminal. To better understand the perspectives of people and organisations who experience the impacts of cancer, HTAnalysts will be conducting telephone interviews (30-45mins) and follow-up surveys with cancer patients and their families. If you choose to participate, your interviewer will ask about your/your family member’s cancer diagnosis and treatment, how your mental health and outlook changed when you/your family member was diagnosed, how you felt throughout the treatment, how your daily life changed, and how you think about your experience with cancer today. If you are interested in participating in this study, please let Cindy Kok cindy.kok@canteen.org.au for further information.
