Parenting through illness webinar – Thursday 4 February Our research shows that when there is open communication within the family about cancer (or life limiting illness), the longterm wellbeing outcomes for children are increased. Join us at our free online webinar supported by Metricon in our Parenting through Illness series to learn about how to communicate effectively with your children while parenting through a life-limiting or life-impacting illness and tips on how to offer and access support. Who’s the event for? If you’re navigating your own individual diagnosis or have a partner affected by a life-liming or life-impacting diagnosis, this event is for you. If you have lost a loved one to illness, or are managing the diagnosis of a child or young adolescent, we will be running sessions specifically tailored to your needs in the coming weeks.
